Portrait Pricing

Session Fees

  • Hourly Rate: $100 per hour  

  • Indoor Studio Fee: Dependent on the cost of the studio rental space.*  

Outfit Changes/Editing Fees

  • Per Outfit Change: $25  

  • Per Edited/Retouched Photo: $15

5 Photos: $50

Custom Quote: Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon with the couple or event organizers based on specific requirements and scale of the wedding.

Photo Delivery Method

Delivery Time

  • 24-48 hours for all unedited photos (RAWS and/or JPEGS) Google Drive

  • 3-7 Days for most orders for edited/retouched photos. Any order of more than 20 edits/retouched photos may take longer depending on photographer’s workload at that moment.  

Policies

Deposit & Payment

  • Deposit: 50% required to book (non-refundable for cancellations)  

  • Final Payment: Due after the shoot unless paid in full upfront.

  • Payment Method:  Payments can be made via Cashapp ($RoyalWestMP), Venmo (@RoyalWestMP) or Zelle (Request Zelle info directly from photographer)

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot.  

  • Rescheduling Policy:

  First change: $25  

  Second change: $50 fee  

  Third change: $100 fee  

  Fourth attempt: Shoot will be canceled, and all fees/deposits are forfeited.

(All rescheduling changes have to fit the schedule of the photographer to accommodate any shoots that were already set for future dates.)   

  • Late Arrival

Late Fee: $25 for every 15 minutes late to shoot. Fee will be added to total balance. Photos will not be delivered if total balance isn’t covered by the client.

Event Production Cost

Services and Rates Overview:

  • Hourly Rate: $100

  • Editing & Color Grading: $500

  • Completion typically takes 1-4 weeks depending on our workload and the client's urgency. A 50% deposit is necessary. A rush fee may apply if a specific deadline is needed during busy periods.

Wedding Rates:

  • Prices vary based on couple's requests and wedding size

  • Larger weddings may be priced similarly to full-scale film production

If the event is a wedding, the pricing will depend on the couple's requests and the size of the wedding. For larger weddings, the filming will be priced similar to a full-scale film production. Please refer to the Cinema & Music Video Production section for more information on how quotes are determined in this case.

Cinema & Music Video Production Costs

1. Pre-production

  • Concept development and storyboard creation.

  • Location scouting and permits.

  • Casting and talent acquisition. (Model, Actors, and Etc.)

2. Production

  • Director and cinematographer fees.

  • Camera and equipment rental (rental equipment is dependent on request of the client for the production plan.)

  • Crew salaries and expenses. (Dependent on if there is a need to hire Gaffers, Production Assistants, MUAs, Stylist, and etc. Usually, only needed for larger productions.)

  • On-set catering and craft services. (Only needs for larger productions where filming is over 6 hours long. Catering will be specified at a specific location during pre-production planning.)

3. Post-production

  • Editing and color grading.

  • Special effects (if applicable).

  • Sound design and mixing.

  • Final cut delivery and backup.

Additional Costs

1. Music Rights and Licensing

  • Synchronization rights.

  • Performance rights.

2. Marketing and Promotion

  • Teaser/Trailer creation.

  • Social media promotion.

  • PR and press release services.

Total Cost Estimate

This pricing layout is subject to discussion and modification based on specific project requirements and additional services requested. Terms and conditions regarding payment schedule, production timeline, and deliverables will be included in the official contract upon agreement.
